Beginners Yoga Courses

Description: This is an 8-week workshop series specifically designed for beginners or anyone wanting a step by step review of alignment & breathing through basic yoga poses. The course helps every participant to form a strong foundation in the fundamentals of yoga, breathing and physical alignment. Connect your mind with your body and take what you learn on the yoga mat into your daily activities, sports and lifestyle. Yoga improves posture, strength, flexibility and overall health.

Gentle Yoga for All Ages

Description: Gentle Yoga for all ages is a slow paced, alignment based practice open for all ages, levels and to those who are recovering from an illness, injury or just want to enjoy a gentle yoga practice. We always use props to support each individual’s needs and allow time for everyone to settle and enjoy a structured practice exploring the biomechanics of the body and the therapeutic benefits of yoga. Cost: £13.00 for drop-in or £66.00 for 6 classes.


General Group Classes

Description: General group classes are most beneficial for those who have done some yoga before. Each class has a different theme. Through careful and intelligent sequencing I offer well-rounded, alignment based, steady flowing classes led by the natural rhythm of the breath.

We practice yoga in a non-competitive and very friendly environment welcoming men and
women with mixed levels of practice. I offer open level and level 1/2 classes. Sign up.

Cost: £13.00 drop-in or £66.00 for 6 classes.

Yoga for Runners, Cyclists & Sports

Description: Yoga for sports is specialized for professional or non-professional athletes or any
sport lover. This practice helps to create more balance, endurance, strength and flexibility in the body, teaches you how to tune in and focus the mind to support your vision and connect with the power of the breath to keep energy levels at an optimum level. Yoga is brilliant for injury prevention too or helps you get back to your training quicker after an injury. No previous yoga experience is needed to join the class.

Corporate Yoga

Description: Corporate yoga is increasingly popular and valued activity at the work place. These regular specialized classes are greatly beneficial for stress relief, increasing overall physical and mental well-being and vitality for all, resulting in more vibrant, creative and inspired employees.

Private Yoga Tuition

Description: Private Yoga is a tailor-made program for individuals, couples or small groups. It is a great way to start or deepen your yoga practice with 1 to 1 attention and support.

Cost: 60mins: £60.00, 75mins: £75.00, 90mins: £90.00 in Richmond and surrounding area.
