Veronika and Karen are teaming up to put on a super workshop for runners. The workshop will start with a specifically designed Yoga session to warm-up and activate glutes, hamstrings and core and get your fired up for your run. On the track you will have a chance to improve your running skill and form to become more efficient, faster and less injury prone. The Post-run Yoga will allow you cool down properly and let all what you learnt settle in your body. The workshop will take place at St. Mary's University College, Twickenham TW1 4SX.
